“Hello there! I’m Drake Machiko, and I am from Lusaka, Zambia. I got my start as a graphic designer by creating a logo for my moms autoparts shop. As locals began to see my work, I began designing materials for everything from clothing brands to government/ international brands. While marketing and graphic design are my two passions, I also enjoy playing basketball, doing crosswords and exploring the world. Today, I am open to all kinds of design work, although I am always drawn to passion projects that let me go back to what helped me kickstart my career.
